Arrival & Departure Policy

Check in & check out time is 12 noon. early check in & late check out is subject to availability only with the permission of the manager or it is chargeable as per hotel tariff.

Pick up is free if the stay is for minimum 2 nights.

Reservation Guarantee Policy

All booking will be hold till 12 noon. of the day or must be guaranteed at time of reservation by cash / credit card or travel agency.

Cancellation Policy

FIT room reservation must be cancelled 10 days prior to the planned arrival .and group reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to the planned arrival.

One night stay will be levied for cancellation received up to 2 days prior to arrival. Full stay will be levied for cancellation received within 24 hours prior to arrival.

No show will be charged 100% for the full stay as per booking.

Child Policy

One child under 12 years of age can stay in the parents room without being charged but meals will be charged.

For single parents travelling with up to 2 children under the age of 12, single occupancy will be charged. If any of the child is above 12 will be charged double occupancy tariff.

Meals are chargeable for all the children above the age of 5 years.
